Saturn Maple Terms and Conditions
- Pricing: All prices are in CAD and are subject to change without prior notice based on steel market fluctuations.
- Custom Lengths: Any profile lengths outside the regular product list require additional preparation time and are subject to extra processing charges.
- Minimum Order Value: The minimum order value is $1,000. Orders below this amount will be subject to a price increase.
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be scheduled for the next available production or delivery date.
- Delivery & Pickup: An authorized signature is required upon delivery or pickup. Prices are based on pickup from our facility. Delivery and shipping costs will be quoted separately based on order volume and delivery location.
- Packaging: Custom or special packaging outside of our regular packaging standards may incur additional charges.
- Claims: Damage, shortages or product issues must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt with photos and batch number.
- Returns: No returns are accepted without prior written approval. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be unused in original packaging.
- Warranty: Any warranties, either expressed or implied, are limited to the replacement of any defective goods.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or non-deliveries due to conditions beyond our control (e.g. strikes, transport delays, raw material shortages).
- Limitation of Liability: Saturn Maple Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.
- All invoices will be deemed correct and accepted as presented if no dispute is raised with Saturn Maple Inc. within 24 hours of the invoice date.
- 2% INTEREST CHARGED PER MONTH ON OVERDUE ACCOUNTS.
- OWNERSHIP OF GOODS AND PERFORMANCE DESCRIBED HEREIN IS RESERVED BY SELLER UNTIL PURCHASE PRICE IS PAID.
